We shape the first impression, the daily workflow and the machinery behind it as one product. Strategy becomes interface, interface becomes software, and software becomes something your team can actually run.
Staying small is a design decision. It means the person who scopes your project is the person who writes it, and nothing gets lost in translation between a pitch and a pull request.
Feel before features
If the first ten seconds do not feel good, nobody reaches feature twelve. We spend budget where the user actually is.
Ship weekly or lie
A project that cannot show a working URL every week is a project that is quietly in trouble.
Leave it better than found
Readable code, real docs, no lock-in. If you ever replace us, the handover should be boring.
